Over the past decade, we have seen how automation is actively taking place in customer management, because organizations are aware of the importance of knowing their customer or consumer, a deeper understanding of their needs, constantly maintaining relationships with them in order to be in the field of choice or at least , maintaining awareness. These same tasks are also relevant for an employer who is in the social field of his current and potential employees. And those companies that can be more close to their potential applicants, be at those sites and resources where potential applicants are located, inform them more quickly, sift them out more correctly, will have a competitive advantage.
