Senior Consultant-Accountant (to an international auditing company)

Functional responsibilities:

• Conducting accounting and tax accounting (independent management of the tax accounting section);
• Preparation and submission of financial and tax reports;Payroll preparation;
• Management of a team of specialists (controlling, development, delegation).

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education (accounting and auditing, economics, finance);
• Experience from 5 years in the position of chief accountant / deputy. Chief Accountant / Tax Outsourcing Specialist;
• Knowledge of all areas of accounting;
• Knowledge of tax accounting is required;
• Experience with clients – large taxpayers – necessarily;
• Knowledge of English is not lower than the level of Upper Intermediate;
• PC knowledge: 1С8.2 (required), SAP (preferably), M.E.Doc, Client-Bank, Excel, Word;
• The experience of leadership subordinates – as an advantage;
• Leadership skills, the ability to reasonably defend their position, a high degree of responsibility, the ability to work in multitasking mode and in strict deadline conditions, high performance, attentiveness, scrupulousness, stress resistance, sociability, teamwork, a desire to be a coach (mentor to others).
